"Paint the City" is about a guy just trying to impress a girl he likes. Through colorful graffiti, he tries to create a world that she would be impressed with. Over and over, she pushes him to be better and make greater pieces of art. By the end, she accepts that he is good enough for her but he must have his swig of Sprite first. It was all worth it in the end.
